By signing up for the ZikoSwift Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the Program.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the ZikoSwift Affiliate Program, which is managed by ZikoSwift.com (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, including all updates and modifications, which may be made from time to time.
2. Affiliate Program Enrollment
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address to join the Program.
- Application: To become an affiliate, you must submit a completed application through our sign-up page. ZikoSwift reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
- Approval: Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to share with others.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Referral Link: You are responsible for promoting your unique referral link on your website, social media, email campaigns, or any other marketing channels.
- Accurate Promotion: Affiliates must promote ZikoSwift products or services in an honest, transparent, and accurate manner. Misleading or false advertising is prohibited.
- Non-Spam: Affiliates must not engage in spamming practices. Sending unsolicited emails or using misleading tactics to attract potential customers is strictly prohibited.
4. Commissions and Earnings
- Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commission for each sale made through their unique referral link.
- Tracking of Sales: Sales and conversions will be tracked via cookies for up to 30 days after a referral clicks your affiliate link.
- Payment Terms: Payments will be processed through Preferred Payment Method once a minimum balance of ₦5,000 has been reached.
- Payment Frequency: Payments will be made on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your preference.
5. Payouts
- Minimum Payout: Affiliates can request a payout once the total commission reaches a minimum of ₦5,000.
- Payment Methods: Affiliates can receive payouts via differnt payment options.
- Payment Delays: Payments will be processed within 14 business days from the request date.
6. Affiliate Code of Conduct
Affiliates are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct and follow the terms of this Agreement. The following actions are prohibited:
- Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent activity such as generating fake referrals or manipulating affiliate tracking.
- Inappropriate Content: Promoting content or websites that contain explicit, offensive, or illegal material.
- Unethical Promotion: Using any unfair or unethical methods to gain affiliate sales, such as using unauthorized trademarks, misleading links, or fake reviews.
7. Affiliate Dashboard and Reporting
- Affiliate Dashboard: Affiliates will have access to an affiliate dashboard that provides real-time statistics, including clicks, conversions, and commissions.
- Accuracy of Data: We make efforts to provide accurate and timely data. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the reports in the affiliate dashboard.
8. Termination and Suspension
- Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
- Termination by ZikoSwift: We may terminate or suspend your account if we believe you have violated the terms of this Agreement or engaged in any unethical or fraudulent behavior. In such cases, any earned commissions may be forfeited.
- Inactive Accounts: Affiliates who do not generate any sales or clicks for 6 consecutive months will be considered inactive and may be removed from the Program.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZikoSwift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate Program. We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors in the tracking or processing of sales and commissions.
10. Changes to the Affiliate Program
ZikoSwift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these changes.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the ZikoSwift Affiliate Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

14. Acceptance
